TCS Education System is The Community Solution Education System, an integrated, nonprofit system that works collaboratively to advance institutional sustainability, student success, and community impact. Founded in 2009, TCS fosters strategic partnerships that emphasize economies of scale, academic innovation, risk mitigation, and resourceful business solutions, in order to maximize the educational experience of students.

We often get the question; do you own these colleges? The answer is no! Each college and university community maintains its own brand, mission and vision, Board of Trustees, and independent accreditation(s). The TCS System Office supports the operations and strategic goals of each college and university community.

However, it is our mission to prepare innovative, engaged, purposeful agents of change who serve our global community. Our agents include members in our communities like our students, faculty, staff, and potentially you! Passion for creating positive solutions and support within our higher-education community is a must!

How We Work:

At TCS Education System, our partnership approach with our communities sets up apart from others in the industry. TCS Education System is fueled by radical cooperation—the coming together of the educational expertise in our college and university communities as well as the operational knowledge and experience in our System Office community. Together, these communities create an ecosystem of support, innovation, and excellence that positively impacts students, faculty, and staff alike. 

With an innovative operating model, we have created an innovative workforce to match our talent needs and support our community! We practice a distributed workforce model to allow many of our employees to have flexibility to work where they want- in office, on campus, at home, coworking space, coffee shop, etc.- while ensuring the needs of our communities are met through collaboration and expertise. We strive to create an engaging and purposeful experience for employees to connect through online tools and technology, new employee onboarding program, committees, town halls, and in-person engagement opportunities.
